Joesph Enterprise, the makers of the infamous Chia products, have charged Ms. Chetto with negligent homicide of the Charter Chia Tree. As a lawyer, present your case as to whether she is innocent or guilty, and what (if any) her punishment should be.
The evidence for the prosecution is presented below.
My client is innocent and I can prove it. First of all she watered it daily and put water in it. Second this D.Q. can't prove anything. Now I can't understand how it died but I don't think my client did anything to harm it. The client rests.
ReplyDeleteMy subject, Mika Chetto, couldn't have committed such crimes against the product, Chia plants. Ms. Chetto followed the directions to the paper, and the plant did not have the successful growth. I hearby find this company committing a crime in theaft. They disobeyed the contract in forth of learning the thought of mind to costumers interested in purchasing this product. Chia is confronted m Mika Chetto, in which will result in into sueing. I sue you Chia, for stealing Mika Chetto's money, and disobeying the contract. Fake plants where made in the commercial for the television program in which showing the treatments need to fulfill the result in completion of growth in the plant. I find this cross company, GUILTY. Chia is guilty, for stealing the possession of the subject. In words of fulfillment, the contract was crossed and in denying of the words read to the company, for not obeying. Crimes were committed also during the crime. Chia used a fake plant to have consumers believe in the plant of no worthy's. I hearby the company in forth of sueing. Sue the non trusting company, with no more Chia plants allowed for sale anywhere. The president of Chia will be sued too. I compare and contrast the subject and Chia, to confronting of the crime. Chia is guilty, the subject is innocent. In forth, I hear by of Chia plants sued and confronted into prison, forever.

DeleteTHIS IS A MAD HOUSE. Everyone needs to calm down and eat so Skittles. Now Ms. Chetto has killed many plants and she has brought turtles over the border from Canada. So she has some problemsin the pass but that's the pass. What happened in Canada stays in Canada! So she is INNOCENT...... But there is still a problem so she is never allowed to grow a plant again! NEVER. If she try's to grow a plant she will be killed how ever she killed the plant. For example if she drowns the plant with water she can be drowned by water. If she cuts off a live leave or branch we will cut off her arms and legs. If she doesn't water the plants she will be left in the dessert for a year.(Witch is death)I hope that she doesn't do this because she is a good teacher.

DeleteMs. Chetto can not be charged for any crime because she fully purchased the Chia plant and followed the instructions. Therefore she can not be charged and is innocent. While we all know Ms. Chetto is not capable of growing plants of any sort (including fake and plastic plants), she still can not be charged for anything. In fact, I charge the inventors, Joseph Enterprise, for selling a plant that was already dead. I will sue them and sentence all of the workers and anyone who helped make the Chia plant to 30 years in prison! At least Ms Chetto tried to grow the plant, while the creators of the Chia sit back and make dead plants that can't even grow! This is outrages! I think the whole company should be shut down! Yes, that's right, the WHOLE company. Say goodbye to dead Chia plants that can't even grow everyone. Not that your saying goodbye to much. To wrap things up, Ms Chetto is innocent and Chia is being sued and shut down.

DeleteMs. Chetto is here today to plead her case of homicide of a Chia pet. We are going to listen to her case and then decide the punishment later. Ms. Chetto’s lawyer is going to plead her case for us today. It was November 16th and the got off of school for 3 days and the chia pet went without water for 3 days and that is really not her fault that the Chia pet died. Ms. Chetto has deiced to bring it up today in court that she would like to get the school evolved in this case to. If that is OK we would like to have them here next hearing. Ok that is her statement. The court has decided her punishment and it will be that she can not buy another Chia pet her whole life. If she dose then she will go to jail for 1month. OK next case will be held on December 13.

DeleteFirst of all this is impossible you can’t be sued for letting a plant die my client cant possible be guilty we shouldn’t even be here for this if it wasn’t for this company’s money and power we wouldn’t be here. I don’t know if this company has a personal grudge over Ms Chetto or something pointless and non sense cal like that then we shouldn’t be in a court of law. With that little speech the case was over and backfired turns out the company got sued and was shut down and Alex won the case for Ms Chetto it got the record for shortest case on the book. With in no time of that record being set Alex became a very good well known lawyer in Wisconsin for that world record. Let’s just say when he became a top notch lawyer he enjoyed his millions he now lives in a New York City high rise.

DeleteMy defendant, Mika Chetto is guilty. I know that I’m getting paid by her to do this right but there is no way that she should get away with something like this. She is wrong and she knows it. I personally think that she is trying to go on a killing rampage because right after she killed the chia pet, the class fish, Stephano died without warning. I believe that Ms chetto here killed not one living thing but two.. When you kill things ms chetto you do not do it right in a row because it starts to get suspicious. Their for I think that you should be sentenced to death so that you would not kill anything every again. Well I hope I still get my check and you please give me back good feedback. Well if you don’t want that’s fine but I think I deserve it.

It was because the company did a bad job at making those chai trees. So I say that the company is guilty not Ms. chetto.
